Prior to launching her consulting practice, Jackie served as Simmons Research’s Chief Client Officer. She was a member of the Senior Leadership team that re-established Simmons as a standalone company after its private equity acquisition from Experian. In her role she spear-headed the company’s client first strategy, running all of sales and client service and restructuring and training the team to focus on integrated and comprehensive client relationships. In her time with Simmons/Experian she also ran the custom research business, streamlining offerings, launching new products and driving considerable growth.
Prior to joining Simmons, Jackie was the Director of Product Development for Social Media and Text Analytics at J.D. Power and Associates where she focused on finding ways to highlight and integrate the value of social media and text analytics for clients.
She helped companies maximize the value of social media in their customer from both the marketing and service sides, designing a new way to measure customer satisfaction in social media interactions. That groundbreaking research won her an ARF Great Minds Award.
Before joining J.D. Power, Jackie held various roles at Forrester Research including leading their global consumer research group, Consumer Technographics, and consulting with clients as a Senior Analyst. As an award-winning expert in the field of consumer technology adoption, especially Millennials, she was cited in a variety of publications from The New York Times to The Wall Street Journal, online sources such as Mashable and ReadWriteWeb and contributed to the books, Marketing to Millennials and Groundswell. As an insights industry executive and innovative strategist, Jackie has spoken at and keynoted a number of industry events and lectured at a variety of universities including a current appointment at Boston University. She serves as the head of WIRe (Women in Research)’s Boston chapter and sits on the American Cancers Society’s Young Executive board. She holds an M.S from Boston University and a B.A. from Boston College.
