Kristin Luck

Founder / Managing Partner

Kristin serves as an advisor and growth strategist to a number of cutting-edge marketing and analytics technology and services firms. She is the founder of two marketing analytics companies that she led to successful exits. Kristin co-founded OTX, an online research business that was named the fastest growing research firm in the world in 2002 and 2003 and was subsequently acquired by Zelnick Media & Pilot Group and again by Ipsos in 2007. She then founded Forefront Consulting Group, a research technology firm that was acquired by Decipher. Decipher was acquired by FocusVision in 2014 after seven consecutive years of double and triple digit growth. Kristin is a licensed investment banker with Oberon Securities and a founder focused on helping fellow founders and executive teams scale and monetize their businesses. Her deal expertise on both sides of transactions comes from participating in both acquisitions and exits from $30 million to $225 million. She is also passionate about supporting founders in international markets execute their entry into the U.S. Kristin also regularly contributes to both the commercial (Fast Company, Forbes) and academic press (Research World, Journal of Brand Strategy) where she explores emerging marketing and research methods. She is consistently ranked as one of the top 100 sales and branding experts to follow on Twitter.

Steven J. Landzberg

Steve joins ScaleHouse as a seasoned financial and management professional with over 25 years of experience in investment management, financial advisory and executive management.

He is the Founder and Managing Partner of RockShelter Capital (RSC) a financial consulting services, hedge fund advisory and private investment firm. RSC provides financial management, business and financial plan development, and financial and capital raising services to small and mid-size businesses across a range of industries. Specific engagements have included: Evans & Paul, Shale Support Services, Evologie, Reservebar.com, Global Energy Efficiency, Planet Hollywood, Westmoreland Mining, Covenant Dentistry, Steiner Sports, Pueblo Supermarkets, Eljer Manufacturing and RockResort Hotels.

In recent years, Steve also has provided investment and advisory services to PE and hedge funds including: Blue Equity, Stonehill, Downtown Capital and Off-Road Capital.

Steve’s previous roles in finance include:

  • Principal of XRoads Solutions Group LLC where he directed and managed corporate financial advisory assignments, operational improvement initiatives, and franchise and asset valuations.
  • Portfolio Manager of Advent Capital Management Multi-Strategy and Credit Opportunities Fund
  • Director/Portfolio Manager of Barclays Capital. Steve founded and managed the US Distressed/Special Situations Proprietary Portfolio of distressed, value-oriented, and special situation assets including bank loans, fixed-income, private investments, convertibles, and equities.
  • Vice President of JPMorgan’s Special Loan Group
  • Associate in the real estate investment banking group of Lazard Freres

Steve has a Master of Business with Honors from Columbia Business School with concentrations in finance and international business. He completed his undergraduate studies at University of Pennsylvania, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors.

Tiama Hanson-Drury

Tiama Hanson-Drury is an internationally recognized product leader, board director, C-suite executive, public speaker, corporate advisor and leadership mentor. Her Chief Product Officer experience spans US and European roles in large multinationals and high growth tech scale-ups.

Tiama started her career as a sales executive following her graduation from the University of Washington. Realizing that several of the “solutions” she had co-created with clients were being requested by many of her customers, she moved into the then relatively unknown emerging “Product” discipline. Since then, Tiama has worked in product marketing, product management, product leadership and as a C-level product executive at multinational corporations including WPP and Dynata as well as Chief Product Officer roles at high-growth tech firms Zappi and Minna Technologies. Throughout this time Tiama has been building global products across the entire product lifecycle, including discovery, delivery and optimization.

Tiama is passionate about building product growth engines to unlock more profitable and faster scaling revenue for organizations. She believes no product growth strategy can exist without a clear understanding of the core product vision and strategy, which in turn should deliver the company vision and business goals.

Tiama is the host of the Product Led Alliance’s ‘For the Love of Product’ podcast. She has been named a top 25 Product leader by Product Led Alliance alongside distinguished product luminaries including Marty Cagan and Gibson Biddle and was awarded the PLA Product Leadership award for 2021. Tiama spearheads efforts both in the United States and internationally to grow the Product discipline including her work with Women in Product as mentor to emerging product leaders and Equity Army focused on building more inclusive products and developing future Product professionals. A huge believer in the importance of research into effective product strategies, she is also an Executive member of Women In Research and the co-creator of the industry leading WIRe Accelerate program, designed to help women accelerate professional development.

Tiama’s advisory services leverage renowned evidence-based best practices that have helped scale product growth engines at companies including Uber, LinkedIn, Shopify, Slack, Calendly and Zoom. She believes in creating empowered teams within her client base that can apply her advisory-based concepts to fuel their own product growth engines. Her core advisory areas include advising on product market fit, product led growth, full product life cycle expertise, road mapping, product strategy, product leadership and product operational effectiveness. George P. Slefo

George P. Slefo has been a journalist at the staff level for more than a decade. He previously served as the technology reporter for Ad Age for more than five years, where he covered the complexities of ad tech, martech, privacy regulation, social media, the telecom industry, ad fraud and more.

Slefo’s core belief is breaking down these complex topics into plain English for the CMO to understand. Prior to Ad Age, Slefo covered murder and mayhem for the Chicago Sun-Times and the Middle East from Amman, Jordan. He has shared bylines with Pulitzer Prize writers and knows the many intricacies of how newsrooms operate; what makes a strong quote; and how editors and writers think. His expertise ranges from media strategy to interview prep to which publications and writers make the best fit for any given story.

Slefo’s rolodex in the marketing industry is robust — he knows who the key players are both behind the scenes and front-and-center. He currently serves as the Senior Editor of The Trade Desk and is host of The Current podcast, which ranks in Apple’s Top 100 most listened to marketing podcasts.

Slefo is also a veteran of the United States Army and carries an Honorable Discharge designation.
